Ingredients (For Bhalla)
- Urad Dal (De-Husked)-200gm
- Green Chilly-1
- Ginger-10gm
- Cumin-ΒΌ Tea Spoon
- Salt- To taste
Ingredients (For Garnishing)
- Fresh Hung Curd-250ml
- Green Chutney(Coriander + Mint + Green chilly)-10gm
- Tamarind Chutney-10gm
- Roasted Cumin Powder-1 pinch
- Red Chilly Powder-1 Pinch
- Chat Masala-1 Pinch
Method
- Soak dal in water for 3-4 hours.
- Put this soaked dal into a grinder jar.
- Add the remaining ingredients and grind them finely.
- Heat an appam maker.
- Pour the batter with the help of a wet spoon.
- Cook them from both sides.
Serving
- Soak Vada in Luke-warm water for 5 min.
- Squeeze Vada and place it into the serving bowl.
- Pour curd onto Vada.
- Garnish it with chutney, spices, and mint leaves.
- Serve chill & Enjoy.
