Green Pea Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup yellow bell pepper
- ¼ cup sliced red onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- Salt to taste
How To Prepare
Mix yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
Throw in the peas, celery, lettuce, bell peppers, red onion slices, and black olives into the bowl.
Give it a quick toss before eating.
