Citrus Salad - ( Weight loss Salad )
Ingredients
- ½ cup halved grapes
- ½ cup cubed kiwi
- ½ cup orange
- ½ cup grapefruit
- ½ cup chopped plum
- ½ cup cubed pineapple
- ½ cup mixed greens
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ⅙ teaspoon salt
- ⅙ teaspoon black pepper
How To Prepare
Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Top it with flaked almonds
