Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup pomegranate
- 2 tablespoon Walnut
- 2 teaspoons chopped mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ⅙ teaspoon black pepper
- Handful of cilantro ( Hara Dhaniya)
- ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
How To Prepare
Mix lime juice, brown sugar, black pepper, chopped mint leaves, and pink Himalayan salt in a bowl.
Toss in the chopped carrots and pomegranate into the bowl and mix well.
Garnish with cilantro and walnut nuts.
