- Don t stop eating fruits like bananas just because you are a diabetic. Check what portion sizes you can eat.
- Don t stop cooking food with gluten unless you are allergic to it.
- Don’t replace your salt with rock salt or any other salt without checking whether it is iodised.
- Don’t make more liquid foods like soups and shakes and give up on solids or eat less food when you are trying to lose weight. You need a balanced meal and your calorie count may be wrong,
